Chair Rental
Chair Rental Opportunities
Pigment Beauty Collective offers two rental options designed to provide flexibility, independence, and professional support.
Independent Chair Rental - $300/Week
Included:
Fully furnished styling station
Wi-Fi access
Coffee bar and refreshments
Break room access
Personal locker/storage space
Shampoo and conditioner back bar
Towels and laundry service
24/7 salon access
Participation in retail sales program (20% commission after $200/month)
Inclusion in salon photo shoots when available
Inclusion on salon social media when applicable
Access to salon cleaning staff and shared salon maintenance
50% employee discount on salon services
Stylist Responsibilities:
Client acquisition and retention
Marketing and advertising
Scheduling and booking
Professional liability insurance
Color, lightener, developer, treatments, and all technical product costs
Tools and equipment
Compliance with salon policies and standards
Pigment Collective Partner Rental - $375/Week
Included:
Everything included in the Independent Chair Rental package
Access to Pigment booking software
Limited front desk support
Guest check-in and check-out assistance
Client notifications when running behind
Limited administrative support related to appointments
Access to salon assistants when available and pre-booked
Access to salon cleaning staff and shared salon maintenance
Access to vendor relationships and purchasing resources
Cosmoprof, SalonCentric, Masello of New England, Sullivan Beauty, and approved vendors
Access to in-house education when available
Participation in salon branding, marketing, and photo shoots
50% employee discount on salon services
Participation in retail commission program
Participation in extension gross profit commission program
Front Desk & Booking Software Policy
Partner Renters are provided access to Pigment booking software and limited front desk support. Front desk support includes guest check-in, guest check-out, appointment reminders, client notifications when running behind, and basic guest service support. Front desk staff are not dedicated personal assistants and support is provided as available based on salon operations.
Assistant Support Policy
Partner Renters may utilize salon assistants when available. Assistant support must be requested and scheduled at least 1-week in advance. Assistants are not guaranteed and are reserved first for salon operational needs and pre-booked services. Same-day assistant requests may not be available at all times.
Optional Add-On: Reserved Parking Package
$150 per month. Includes one reserved parking space for the renter and one reserved parking space for the renter’s client. Two dedicated parking spaces total at a discounted monthly rate.
