Having a valid, current, credit card on file is a requirement for ALL Salon guests

Cancellation Policy

At Pigment Hair Co., your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled within the 24-hour window are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. If this fee cannot be processed at the time of cancellation, it must be paid before booking any future appointments.

No-Show Policy

Any no-show appointment will result in a 75% penalty. If this fee is unable to be charged at the time of the no-show, it must also be paid prior to scheduling your next visit.

Refund Policy

As a service-based salon, we do not offer refunds on services or retail products. If you are unhappy with your results, you are required to contact your stylist within seven days of your original appointment. Your stylist will gladly schedule a complimentary redo session.

Media Release Policy

By receiving services at Pigment Beauty Co., you acknowledge and agree that photography and videography may be taken during your appointment for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. These images and videos may be used by Pigment Beauty Co. without restriction, including but not limited to advertising, social media, website content, and other promotional materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to inform your stylist prior to the start of your appointment. Failure to do so will be considered consent for Pigment Hair Co. to capture and use media featuring you.

By receiving services at Pigment Beauty Co., you waive any claims for compensation, damages, or rights related to the use of such media and release Pigment Hair Co., its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability arising from its use.

This agreement remains in effect for all future appointments unless explicitly revoked in writing.

Inclement Weather Policy

During the snow season we want to keep both our guests and our team safe while also maintaining smooth scheduling. Please take a moment to review our winter weather procedures.

If a snowstorm is predicted:
We will reach out to all guests with appointments the evening before to confirm whether you feel comfortable traveling to your scheduled time. 

If the storm is unexpected:
We will contact all guests with appointments the morning of (before 9 a.m.) to check in and confirm your visit. 

If school or workplace closures occur:
It is the guest’s responsibility to reach out to us by 9 a.m. to reschedule. If we do not hear from you and you do not arrive to your appointment, the no-show fee will apply
